Last month, we wrote about what makes QMT Windchimes so great in the great outdoors. But even though they’re built to last, daily use might leave some grime on your chime or may even result in damage to the tubes or strikers that require replacement. Not to worry, however, because all QMT products are backed by an honest-to-goodness commitment to goodness––meaning we’ll make good on any issues you may experience.

Beyond The Warranty. Never Beyond Repair.

Regardless of warranty status, we want you to keep enjoying your chimes. For chimes whose warranty has expired, the customary repair fee is just $25, plus the cost of replacement parts and return shipping.
